The beta was interesting, I like the events that happened like the meeting in the radio tower and the village in The Sea with a cafe. I got myself a Vaporeon at the supermarket. I like how you changed some names of gym leaders, are you gonna do that with other trainers such as Youngster Joey and Bug Catcher Wade?
TEXT FIX: (Not really not that important but,) The only problem is why is a kid in the Jungle playing Pokemon Diamond? Pokemon Platinum has much better features, such as the surf speed is faster and you can go to the Distortion World where Giratina lives, and go to the battle frontier in Fight Area.

I don't think I'll change other trainers and here are two reasons 1) I'm not english myself so it's hard to think of different names 2) Takes a lot of time lol why does he have to play platinum instead xD I just thought of diamond as I didn't put anything else in it like Mario or Final Fantasy

Does anyone happen to know where this bug does come from? In Dark Future, the lucky number show is completely messed up (but I just decided to make it so that someone tells you that a virus attacked the computer) www.youtube.com/watch?v=bvF5a8KZkmU

Most likely, something is overwriting the box data of your savegame. It can pretty much be anything, from a faulty save to prolonged Pokemon names etc. I would try with a clean savegame (played from beginning of the rom, with no savestates while the rom was changed). If that still yields winning numbers, heavily debug it. You should be able to follow the routine that actually checks the box pokemon and determine what data it is reading. After that, just put a write breakpoint on that memory location (I think those are static locations within the savegame anyway) and play through the rom anew with a complete startover from scratch. You will find a lot of memory clearing routines, all of which can be ignored. While playing, it should snap when the buffer overflow/faulty write occurs.

Beta 2 is finally up I copied this post which I posted in pokecommunity: And another thing, those who've played through Beta 1 and are planning to continue from Rocky Village read the rest of this post so you won't miss anything. The storyline is slightly different from the one you know it. Red isn't the ruler of Team Rocket and has actually nothing to do with it. By Rocky Village, you haven't even heard about his existence but you'll find out when you get to East-Suden. All the text that had Red in it has been changed into Blue as he's the real leader of Team Rocket. The planet Suden is divided into two parts, West and East. There is a rumor that there are elemental keys that can be found in East-Suden. Fly back to Sunshine City and read the book in Itemfinder's house to know more about that legend. If you're willing to, you can meet two trainers of Sandstone Gym in Sandstone Supermarket so that you'll know them when you'll see them later on.

Update ! I was on a break but now I've continued working on this by changing the TMs Beta 2.1 might come before the next release, and as a change, a lot of TMs will be changed. If I don't put that up, I'll make beta 3 next (which will probably have 20-50% of East-Suden in it).

Is Suden a region or a planet? If it is a planet does that mean there are other regions?
