The Cutting Room Floor wiki entry about the debug menu and some other minor stuff. Not everything beta is in there, tho. I think HyperHacker found it first, but I'm not sure. I think it was posted first on Acmlm's... cYa, Tauwasser

There's actually quite a few leftovers from R/B/Y in G/S such as the Pokeflute, Town Map and a few maps (that look like garbage using any of G/S's tilesets)

and a few maps (that look like garbage using any of G/S's tilesets) Are you sure they are leftovers? I once programmed a little tool that would erase all used maps and only found some stuff (some towns, one or two routes, a house and some six blocks not used on the ship). Of course, I only looked in the banks that contained maps in the first place. Just saying, because many of the "beta maps" are just regular maps with an engineered beta tileset, so they look beta at first. cYa, Tauwasser

The bytes match up exactly in Pokemon Red. These are for the Cinnabar Island Lab. Gold: AC360-AC383 Lab Hallway AC384-AC393 Lab 1 AC394-AC3A3 Lab 2 AC3A4-AC3B3 Lab 3 Compare to Red: 75BFA - Lab Hallway 75C6B - Lab 1 75D15 - Lab 2 75E10 - Lab 3

Oh I knew about those. I was explicitly talking about town maps, because back in the day, a lot of "beta" stuff was flying around that was actually just a regular map with a goldmap tileset.
I think I got the offsets for the other maps I found somewhere on my disk, so I'll add that to the article at TCRF, too.

Although knowing me, I probably forgot to list one or two... so perhaps you should check what offsets you have as well.
